Margate Coach tickets can be purchased through our website. Members of our loyalty program qualify for discounts on ticket purchases depending on their membership status, and subject to the rules of the particular program.

Below is a quick overview of the various tiers that Margate Coach offer as discounts and benefits.

How to sign up:

1. Register on the website to become a Margate Coach Loyalty Rewards member.
2. Once you are a member, the system will generate a card number and downloadable virtual card.
3. This will become your unique identifier combined with your cell phone number.

Things to note:

Only one Margate Coach Loyalty Rewards  member can be linked to a reservation at a time. That means only the person that pays for the booking will get the rewards on the total basket.

For example if Piet is a member and Piet books three tickets, one for himself, one for his wife and one for a friend.

Each ticket is R230 for example, that will bring the total basket size to R690. On 2% reward, Piet (as the main loyalty member and the one paying for the tickets) will be the only one getting a reward value of R13.08, 5% R34.50 and 10% R69.00.

• Margate Coach Loyalty Rewards points are only valid for twelve months and will expire thereafter.
• Maximum redeem amount is 1000 points.
• Customers need to login to the profile or loyalty points will no be rewarded.

How do I use my points?

Margate Coach Loyalty Rewards members have two options to use or redeem their points as below.

1. Once you are ready to spend your loyalty points you may contact our reservation line on +27 39 312 1406 and advise the agent you would like to make a booking and use your loyalty points. A agent will assist you with your booking, process the loyalty points and process your card to confirm the booking.
2. Contact our reservation line on +27 39 312 1406 when you are ready to make the payment on the website and advise the agent you would like to use your loyalty points. The agent will load your loyalty points to your booking and you would refresh the website to continue with payment minus the loyalty points value.

Although we are aware that this is not the most ideal way to make use of your loyalty points, currently limitations are in place and we will have customers be able to redeem and use loyalty points on the website soon.
