We launched a new live chat feature on our website Thursday 22 November 2018 and have been testing the feature since. We have seen a huge increase in engagement with the feature and it will become a full on feature in the future.
What are we able to assist you with via the live chat?
We are able to assist with the following via live chat:
- Enquiries, gone are the days where you need to call in to make an enquiry! You may now easily click on the live chat image and an agent will respond to you almost immediately.
- Booking changes, you may ask us on live chat to make booking changes.
- Booking cancellations, you may cancel your bookings via live chat.
- Just a chat, if you just need to chat and get something off your mind our chat agent/s will be there to listen.
We are not able to assist with the following via live chat:
- Making bookings, we are unfortunately not able to assist with making bookings via the live chat feature.
What times is the live chat feature available?
We do not have set times yet available for the live chat feature as it is still in the testing and tweaking phase, once we are able to work everything around the feature out we will publish times when the feature will be available. Currently the feature is only available until 16:00 on weekdays 11:30 on selected Saturday’s and offline on Sunday’s and all Public Holidays.
